What is a taralli? The most addicting Italian snack. Cracker, bread stick and pretzel all rolled into one. But way better! They are crisp, melting rounds of dough made with just flour, water, olive oil for taste and richness and a little wine for crunchiness . Boiled and then baked.

Italians would have it with a glass of wine. And why not with a Hugo aperitivo, a shot of prosecco wine, Danish water and elderflower syrup....

Cicciodorazio's version is crunchy and delicious, handmade in Puglia. It's produced with the oil from the Frantoio, according to the traditional Apulian recipe.

Ingredients : type "00" soft wheat flour, white wine , extra virgin olive oil (11%), olive oil composed of refined and virgin olive oils, salt.
