Perfect pairing : tagliatelle and calamarata
Quick tip : gently heat the sauce in a pan, before adding your "al dente" pasta. Toss well and heat through, about 5 minutes using some boiled water from pasta if needed. Remove from the heat and season only with grated parmesan cheese.
