The most prized of “Borgo del Balsamico” Modena range, Red Label Balsamic Vinegar is slowly aged in oak casks. Its full, mellow flavor blends sweet and sour tastes superbly. We recommend it on fresh strawberries, ice-cream or Parmesan cheese.

IGP certified Balsamic Vinegar of Modena made with cooked grape juices and aged wine vinegar.

The new Tinello trilogy comprises all three Borgo del Balsamico colored labels: yellow, orange and red. The young girl represents the different uses for each type of balsamic vinegar.
