Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is made using age-old craft techniques. A special amalgam of regional grape musts is mixed with a small percentage of wine vinegar. The mixture is then slowly aged in oak casks.
Ingredients: cooked grape must, wine vinegar. Contains Sulphites .
Aged in Oak Barrels.
It does not contain sugar, caramel, additives, dyes or added preservatives. It is gluten-free and therefore also suitable for special diets and for celiacs. The sulphites indicated on the label are natural and not added in production.
