Our Truffle Chips are seasoned with authentic Italian freeze-dried Truffle to please the palate of truffle lovers.

Thicker than normal crisps, crunchy and fried only in olive and sunflower oil giving the chips unique features of crispy and perfect gold colour. Their thickness makes them less likely to absorb oil.

Highly recommended : as an aperitif, they can also be used as a base for canapés or to be crumbled on salads. Thanks to their thickness they can be dipped in two sauces or used for plenty of versions of finger foods and tapas.

Ingredients: potatoes, sunflower oil, olive oil, freeze-dried summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 0.45% (like 2.25% fresh truffle), salt, flavor.
