The special ingredient of Red Pesto is the dried tomatoes that give the cream its typical red color and the Mediterranean taste.

Red pesto is incredibly bright with rich notes of umami.

Obviously we love serving this pesto with pasta, however there are many things you can add to it: sautéed mushrooms, red onion, and spinach are great veggie options. It's also delicious on a slice of bread, or paired with just about any protein: grilled chicken, shrimp, steak, or meatballs.
