The mountain apple juice made with the Rubinette variety offers an intensive bouquet of aromas including dried fruits, date, quince and apricot spiced with a restrained note of vanilla. Elegant and opulent on the palate, with a lingering aftertaste.

Apple : Rubinette is a cross between Golden Delicious and Cox Orange. Small to medium in size and yellowish green in colour, usually with some redness on the sunny side, Rubinette has a firm crisp flesh and is very juicy.

Highly recommended : with delicate goat's cheese, light and spicy vegetable and meat dishes.

Ingredients : 100% pure mountain apple juice from single variety apples - naturally cloudy.
