Red pesto is incredibly bright with rich notes of umami.
Obviously we love serving this pesto with pasta, however there are many things you can add to it: sautéed mushrooms, red onion, and spinach are great veggie options. It's also delicious on a slice of bread, or paired with just about any protein: grilled chicken, shrimp, steak, or meatballs.
